In such cases, our responsibility for the order ceases, and no refunds or returns will be entertained.

All products provided by KHAWLA ALAIBAN are customized and tailored according to individual customer specifications and orders. In the event of a perceived defect or issue with the product, customers are required to notify us and we reserve the right to inspect and determine the condition of the product in order to ascertain whether it qualifies as defective. Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.
